Genevieve Mack, DNP, CPNP

Since graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in nursing, Dr. Genevieve Mack has pursued a career of excellence as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. In 1999, Dr. Mack completed her master’s in nursing, with a concentration in Pediatric Primary Care. She went on to earn her doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2019. She is an affiliate member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, serves as a Fellow of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Dr. Mack’s particular area of medical interest is pediatric asthma, and she has served as a consultant for the Bureau of Primary Healthcare’s National Asthma Collaborative II. She has presented numerous times on primary care management of pediatric asthma, and regularly trains and mentors pediatric practices in the implementation of asthma management programs.

“My decision to enter pediatrics and pursue a specialty interest in asthma management,” says Dr. Mack, “comes from a three-fold passion for child health advocacy, the science of medicine and nursing and the art of healing.”

Dr. Mack enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two school-aged children. In addition, she holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and enjoys reading, painting and hiking.
